Sharon A. Martin

Sharon Martin has been practicing law since 1978 and is a senior partner at Martin Dupont LLP. She focuses on Residential & Commercial Real Estate law, Wills & Estates, Family Law, Mediation and Collaborative law, as well as Business law for small enterprises. Sharon has been practicing Mediation and Collaborative law since 1987 when training in this area of law was first locally presented. She is a strong believer in negotiating settlements of disputes. She will use this approach in her family law practices, as well as with civil matters, such as business disputes.

Roch Dupont

Roch Dupont has been a lawyer for the last 20 years and has practiced in various provinces across Canada as both a criminal defence lawyer and as a Crown Attorney for the Attorney General of Canada. Roch has practiced in areas of competition law, mergers and acquisitions, price fixing conspiracies and fraudulent telemarketing. Roch was also a federal prosecutor for drugs and gangs enforcement as well as bankruptcy and insolvency in fraudulent bankruptcies....

Keith W. Prior

Keith Prior has been practicing law since 1974. He is now a semi-retired Associate at Martin Dupont LLP. He has developed years of expertise in the areas of Wills and Estates, Real Estate law, and Corporate/Commercial law in his general practice. He has practiced before the Provincial Court, the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Court of Appeal in Saskatchewan. He also practiced Military Law as a member of the Canadian Forces Judge Advocate General’s reserve legal staff, completing 22 years of service and retiring as the Deputy Assistant Judge Advocate Prairie Region at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel

Graham McKellar

Graham joined Martin Dupont LLP as an articling student in 2020. He completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Saskatchewan. During law school Graham worked as a research assistant at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law. He also volunteered with Campus Legal Services and was an Editorial Board Member of the Caveat Lector.
