Sharon Martin has been practicing law since 1978 and is a senior partner at Martin Dupont LLP. She focuses on Residential & Commercial Real Estate law, Wills & Estates, Family Law, Mediation and Collaborative law, as well as Business law for small enterprises. Sharon has been practicing Mediation and Collaborative law since 1987 when training in this area of law was first locally presented. She is a strong believer in negotiating settlements of disputes. She will use this approach in her family law practices, as well as with civil matters, such as business disputes.
Roch Dupont has been a lawyer for the last 20 years and has practiced in various provinces across
Canada as both a criminal defence lawyer and as a Crown Attorney for the Attorney General of Canada.
Roch has practiced in areas of competition law, mergers and acquisitions, price fixing conspiracies and fraudulent telemarketing. Roch was also a federal prosecutor for drugs and gangs enforcement as well
as bankruptcy and insolvency in fraudulent bankruptcies....
Alison T. Mitchell maintains a general practice with a focus on family and employment law. She has advised family law clients on various issues, including child support, parenting arrangements, spousal support, property division and preservation, and child protection matters.
Makenzie Bauer joined Martin Dupont LLP in 2023 as a Research Assistant and soon to be an articling student with the firm. She completed her Juris Doctor at Bond University on the Gold Coast in Australia. After finishing law school she was accepted into the masters program at Bond. She holds a Master of Laws with a focus on Mediation and Dispute Resolution.
